Free Float tubes for ar style

I see that CDNN has free float tubes for $29, are these any good? How hard are they to install? I'm thinking of taking a couple members advice, and installing a new trigger and a free float tube on my OLY. Could someone steer me to a good barrel wrench also?

  You will also need the the upper receiver action block to hold the receiver. In addition,the front sight assembly needs to come off.
