ITS BEEN YEARS BUT I THINK 2&1/2 INCH SHELLS ONLY. AS IS THE NEW WINCHESTER 94410. LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO SELL THE MARLIN. EMAIL duckhunter140@hotmail.com

I may be wrong but I seen some of the new ones advertised in a couple of gun magazines. And they except the 3inch shells. To be sure check WWW,marlin arms.com. I am thinking maybe of buying one,and I to wonder how the plastic hulls eject!

Marlin is makeing a new .410 as a bolt action. The gun we are talking about here is a single shot lever action based on the 336 action. This gun will handle only the 21/2 inch shells. Like duckhunter,if you want to sell let me know. Scout

On the Marlin 410. I had one for awhile. I did some research on it. They were only made for Stockholders Promotion from 1929-1932.
When I sold mine I got a good price for it, just shy of $1000.00. That gun there I would put it on the wall and leave it there.
