I don't mean to be negative on DU guns, but they really don't command much of a premium in the general market. That doesn't mean that there aren't those who collect DU items and will pay a premium, it just means that most don't care.

Assuming the gun to be unfired... Assuming all papers... Try full retail plus a slight premium for the DU stamp. If in a smaller gauge, than add a premium for that.

Since you said nothing of the guns, I have to belive that they're the normal Remington's... Sort of like taking a Chevy Impala and putting a Limited Edition stamp on. Not worth much to the guy who drives the car to work and back!

fb58: I have to agree with nord , I have the 98 DU its a Remington 1187pr. with hardcase,, when I tried to sell it I couldn't even get what just a plain Remington 1187 was going for so decided to keep it and use it,, hope you can do better

    The gun list is:
    1983 Browning B-80 12 ga. "The Plains"
    1984 Browning BPS 12ga. "Coastal"
    1985/86 Rem. 1100 12ga Straight English Stock
    1986 Beretta A-303 12ga 3" with Invector Chokes
    1987 Browning Auto-5 12ga DU 50th Anniversary
    1989 Browning Auto-5 12ga "Wetlands for America"
All are unfired, in original hardcases, with all books and papers.
The 83-87 all have the same serial numbers.

All nice guns, but as I said... DU and a dollar might buy a cup of coffee in some places. The rest still applies.

I do a lot of Gun Shows and though the money goes for a GREAT CAUSE and I'm a member, the dinner guns are called Ducks Unwanted. The experience I have had is they will not bring as much as the plain original gun. These are meant to be handed down to hunters in the family and to generate money for wetlands conservation.
