Bad advice?

Hey take a look at the description of this auction. Sounds like a bad idea to me.

  Yeah, I wouldn't pay 450. OH, you mean the mag. He lives in HI. where it is illegal to own a mag over 10rd. This was his way of circumventing the law without perm. destroying the mag, which wouldn't have helped him if prosecuted. If you live in a state where it is not illegal to own pre-ban hi caps, there's no problem.
