i need Mosin Nagant Help!

i got a russian nagant 1942 is the year but i cant find any info on it and theres 2 numbers under the rusian symbole and i cant figger out what it is 1891/59 are the numbers any help will helpfull!

  The rifle is model of 1891 (the 91 marking), with modification of 1959 (the 59 mark) .
