I don't know about loaded ammo, but I believe I have seen components (cases, bullets) in one of the catalogs I have. I think the cases were formed from some other calibre. I have been told that .351 WSL cases (for the Model 07) can be cut down to work in the .35, but I don't know if this is true.

If you are interested in the company that has the components, reply to this post and I will try to find the catalog.

The old western scrounger has loaded ammo, I think I paid around $25 for a box of 20 (including shipping).
As far as reloading goes, dies run around 90 bucks, and you need to find bullets that are .351 dia.
Load data is close to 38+p spec.
Brass is made from 357 Mag brass, that has had the rim turned down, new extractor groove cut, sized in a 35 SLR die and trimmed to length.
You could also trim 351 SLR, depending on the cost difference
If you need the exact case specs, e-mail Tailgunner@M33Access.com
I would be intrested in knowing who has the components (even thou I don't own the dies, yet)

Some guys like a mag full of lead, I still prefer one round to the head.

Buffalo Arms has cases ("reformed from another caliber"), .351 diameter bullets (both cast and jacketed) and dies ($60.00).

Ammo Depot has loaded ammo (also using "reformed" cases).
