Colt Cap Gun

I saw some toy cap guns marked COLT on the side of the frame. They look to be old. Are these guns made by Colt or by Colt's permission? Or just happen to have Colt on them? Are there any collector interest in these guns? Any idea what one of these would be worth in about 50%. Thanks.
