anyone ever heard of this company and if so how were their parker pistols

Traded a mod. 15 S&W nickel finish. Looks like it had been carried by a peace officer, worn pretty good. For a Wyoming .45 cal.auto. It looks very good. it is stainless steel. Not very much information on the Wyoming except it has parker wrote on side. The question about what is each gun worth.

Well...we sold these when they first came out , then we stopped because of the problems , and they will not work about 50% of the time with "colt" mags as some think...sounds like a fair trade , now take the parker and trade it in on something else...Good Luck !!!!!!

These guns were manufactured by WYOMING ARMS MFG. CORP. located in Thermopolis, Wyoming. Very small quantities of the Parker pistols were manufactured in four different calibers: 9mm Para., 10mm, .40 S & W, & .45 acp. They came with Millett adj. sights, grooved synthetic grips. These were all discontinued in 1992. The last Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price was $399.00, (in 1992). Prices range from $150 to $350 for a 95% to 100% gun.
That was the "Good News!" Here's the "Bad News!" Most folks that have had any experience with these have one thing in common; they are all very disappointed in the Pistol's performance. This is the reason for a small amount of them being produced. Returns from a small production of these guns kept the factory "working for free" on warranty work until they could not manufacture more trouble for themselves and quit making them. An interesting note, they also made a single action semi-auto with a 7 inch barrel in .357 Mag. It had a "Lifetime Warranty" but was also discontinued in 1992......now where do you suppose you could get any Warranty work on this gun??? Hope this helps!
