    buddy of mine pulls them out and polishes them on his bench grinder/polisher. I beleive he also stretches the spring and cuts a couple of coils out of it. Ends up around 2-2.5 lbs, and feels good.

    BTW, did you ever have a headspace guage put in your rifle with the primer flattening problem?

    Yep, headspace is right on. I went to regular primers and that solved the problem. They are only as flat as factory rounds through my other rifles now. I hope that's normal!

    That makes sense, I couldn't remember if you said the factory rounds were flattened also. That would have been a dead givaway for the headspace problem. Glad ya got it fugured out.

    I also found out that flat primers can be a sign of low pressure.
