there are plenty that will suit your needs unless you want to compete or shoot long distance. I like leupolds and burris zee rings. For some of the more $$$$ stuff, and long distance or competition, I like Baer bases. Leupold also makes a long range base which is elevated slightly to give more elevation adjustment to the scope, but that's for long range shooting. You might look at warren rings and bases or the new leupold mark IV rings and bases, but be prepared, the baer and mark IV stuff is expensive. the warrens seem to hold up very well on a friends benchrest guns built for 1000yd shoots on big calibers, and they aren't going to break the bank. Just some food for thought.
In the high end consumer grade, I will stand by the previous mention of leupold or burris zee rings. Strong and affordable.
A great rifle with a junk scope,....is junk.0 -
I only use Dave Talley rings and bases anymore. Absolutely bomb proof and nice folks to do business with. Great service, great rings. 0 -
Leopold bases and rings will do jus fine!! You could have used Redfields if you had started this little endeavor some years ago!! No difference oter than the package. Use a broomstick to turn the front ring in or a reosoble substitute!! GHD 0 -
badger they are great in my opp however you will pay for them just remember the old saying you pay for what you get
you can be king or street sweeper but everyone is going to dance with the reaper
