10/22 bolt removal????
well i have decided to refinish my 10/22 receiver myself with the suggestion of kimberkid and some sandpaper.......but now i have run into a problem....
everything is stripped down but how do i get the bolt, bolt guide, and bolt spring out of the receiver?? it looks like it should just slide out but it doesnt.....i disloged the guide from where it is sitting in the receiver and tried to slide the bolt back and out but it wouldnt go.....i didn't want to put a lot of force behind if i was doing it wrong.....so whats the deal?
btw....i have never stripped it this far to clean before and oh myyyy there is a lot of power residue in there....
