Kadavar...beadblasting
Looks like they locked the 10/22 thread....any auto parts store that has a machine shop should have a bead blaster...make sure it is "Glass beads" and not sand....sand is too abrasive and leaves a rough finish. You will need to disassemble the entire assembly prior to blasting. Hope this helps....Rembrandt

You say sand is too abrasive, by glass beads do you recommend Aluminum Oxide, (AL2O3)?
What do you recommend for grit size and blasting pressure?

I'm not sure if they are aluminum oxide....glass beads under a microscope are round where sand is sharp and pointed. The rounded abrasive takes longer to work but leaves a nice finish. 0 -

Thanks for your reply. What PSI setting do you use on your blaster? I was thinking on starting with 30 PSI. Do not want to damage anything.
