"Need Priceing Opinions"

Need opinions, I'm about to list my pistol, and would like to ask a fair and competitive price. I know what the blue book says, but am not sure if this is accurate are not? It's a Colt Series 70 blue, with a 5" barrel, Mark IV Government model, the gun look new, I don't believe it's ever been fired, maybe but I don't think so, it really is mint, very high 90s plus. Made in the mid 70s, large letters. What range should this gun sell for, what is a fair price the gun will sell for? I see a lot of times, where the person ask 25 to 40% more that the gun is worth, are will sell for, and the gun has to re-list over and over. We all know what these kinda folks are up to, and that no good. If the price is way out of line; the gun is going to just sits there. What is my Colt really worth, that will make it sell, in a one-week period and be fair to all concern? Thanks jjdero

  The easiest way is to list it here on the GB auction with no reserve. for 10 days.
  Try and set it so it ends on a Sun night
  Or just email me and I might buy it.
  Does it have the box and papers, makes a huge difference?

  Just remember that the "blue book" is a guide for prices and nothing is etched in stone on what an item should go for.Colt's have been going here in the NY area way over book price. List it at what you think is a fair price and go from there. If it doesnt sell the first time start it lower next time. Nothing ventured nothing gained.
