I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PURPOSE AND/OR FUNCTION OF THE CONNECTOR AND DISCONNECTOR IN THIS GUN?

I'm not sure what is called a "connector" but the disconnector holds the hammer back during cycling to keep it from following the bolt forward after firing, as the trigger is still pulled to rear and primary sear is disabled.
