Varminting / Long range Shooting mag subsription

I once encountered a gun 'rag' for varminters and/or long range shooters. I would prefer one geared more towards varmint hunting...I do not bench rest but I am interested in accurate handloads.

Anyone have some suggestions WITH a means of contracting the subscription or membership department?
