I have one on my Colt M4, it fit fine, no problems, I like it. Mines not a 3-9 though, its a 4x20 I got from TAPCO for $40.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

Lee, thats what I paid for mine through CDNN, it's a nice scope, I just really had to stretch to get it not to fuzzball. If it wasn't doing that, then I couldn't see where I was hitting, it made it tough on sighting in. I've got a simmons 4x12x40 AO on it that allows me to aim at the hole I just made. I sacraficed the compactness of the Bec, for the ability to hit cleaner with the Simmons. The Bec is fine for close in, or large targets, but I like the challenge of small targets at long range, and I personally couldn't get the job done with the Compact Bec. I even cut an extra groove in the back of my mount to get the scope closer to the rear of the rifle, and it didn't help. I think I must have a really short LOP, but even when I really stretched to make it clear, my eye was right at the eyepiece, way to close for a larger caliber rifle or a shotgun.

I'd send it back to CDNN, and get another one, sounds like somethings wrong. They are cheap scopes, and I might have just gotten the jewel in the rough, but I would definatly send that puppy back and at least get my $40 back from them.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

Particularly with optics, you get what you pay for. I don't understand buying a $500+ rifle and putting a $40 scope on it. You just made it a $40 rifle.

What don't you understand? Are you rich? I spent my money on the rifle, and figured I'd give the Bec a try. Shows what you know, I spent more than $500 on the rifle anyway. I've got a free simmons on it now and I'm sure I could hit you at 300yds with my $40 rifle. If you don't have a helpful comment why don't you mind your own business he dog. I don't much care for a punk that talks down to me. Do you ever look for good deals, or do you just pay for the most expensive. I try to buy low and make something work for me, this was one time it didn't work so I was just trying to pass on some helpful info Hot dog.

I put one on my M4 just for the fun of it. It didn't degrade the value of it, and I actually get tighter groups at longer ranges than I would with open sights. So it was worth the $40.

I do agree with the cheap optics on a good gun, makes a cheap shot, but were not exactly talking about a sub-MOA shooter to begin with anyway. (I'm talking about my M4, don't know what the other guy mounted his on)

I put mine on an Oly pcr 02 w/16 inch hb. Sorry I got bent outta shape on that one. I think I'm gonna just see if someone else wants the Bec. The Oly shoots better than my m4 did, but then my m4 was used when I bought it. I don't have the m4 anymore, I sold it so I could buy something else.

Grizzclaw, I apologize! I did not mean to ruffle your fur. No, I am not rich but I am patient and have saved for over a year for a good scope (Burris, Leupold, Nikon etc., not Schmidt & Bender or Swarovski). I learned the same way with a couple of Bushnell scopes. Again, Sorry!

He dog, yea me too, I'm quick to pop off, you would think that after 46yrs I would have learned some control. Don't be reserved because of something I said, you've been here alot longer than me. Take care, and keep your comments coming.

    Thanks, Grizztribefans@sssnet.com
