I have noticed that many gunbroker auctions state "Will not ship high cap mags to Hawaii". I just wanted to clear this up. High cap pistol mags(over 10 rds) are illegal in Hawaii. However rifle mags are not affected. We can legally purchase high caps for hk91,hk93,ak47,fn-fal,ar10,mini 14,mini30,sr25 etc...Some of these are even in stock at local gun dealers. Below is a link to the N.R.A. state by state gun laws: www.nraila.org/GunLaws.asp?FormMode=Detail&R=HI Rayzor25

Thanks for the link ,I found it there and it is 15 round max in new jersey,
"Any magazine with a capacity greater than fifteen rounds is prohibited, even if there is no semi-automatic firearm to accompany the magazine."

I agree 100% with the NRA but the great State of New Jersey dont as they will prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law for possesing any thing over 10 rd capacity, just to make an example. New jersey is one of those States that are as tight on gun owners as California. But we do have hope the NRA and the Second Ammendment foundation are fighting what appears to be a winning battle. We all need to fight California next, as there are many oppressed Gun Owners there. Some say write it off and give it to the Antis. But for our friends in CA. lets help them fight. I am tired of being discriminated against because I love guns.

Wrong ,I called the new jersey state poice firearms div. this morning and new jerseys law is 15 round mags, that is the limit you are allowed to have .Where did you get the 10 round number from?
Post ban mags are the same everywhere,10 round max, preban in NJ is 15 rounds.

If you WILL NOTE THIS EACH COUNTY, TOWN,MUNICIPALITY,ETC has their own REFERENDUMS, LAWS,GUIDELINES, RULES. That is what the NRA-ILA is fighting.SO the above mentioned can not make these BOGUS UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws of their own that override the STATE MANDATED LAWS. MAKES sinse to me. Thank god I live in VA. where our rights are protected. WE have had the right to carry concealed for about 10 yrs now, and no not just L.E. Every law abiding citizen, our Governor just sighned a Bill so that counties, cities, towns, etc. Could not make their own laws that override state law. I am one of many law enforcement officers that believe every law abiding citizen has the right to a ccw permit. Sure makes my job easier. When and if NJ.passes the law and for those good people that live their I hope they do.If the NRA doesnt notify us first how about letting us know how it goes.

    rugster,

Too bad there aren't more LEO's out there - 'specially up here in Illinois - like you! I think we'd all be far better off.

Please try to get your fellows, who aren't so far willing to share your viewpoint, convinced of the truth embodied in the 2nd Amendment.

No offense, but if I lived in New Jersey I'd move.
One reason we left communist Illinois was that the government there is anti-gun. Move south
    you'll never regret it!!
