Franchi 912 Variomax
Hi. I bought a Franchi from someone that won it at a banquet, it's complete except for owner's manual. Anyone know a link for a downloadable, or know where I can get a paper manual for a Franchi 912 Variomax? This won't be the first shotgun I've diassembled for cleaning, but it will be the first semi auto. When I remove the foregrip and barrel there is a reversible piston with heavy and light load arrows, but without the manual I don't know which arrow shows the currently installed, etc.
Thanks all.

I have one. Haven't used it much but I am very impressed so far. Check Waterfowler.com forums and you will see lots of old threads about this gun. Good luck 0 -
I own several of the following, Rem 1100's, 1187-s "to include 1187 Super Mags" and Benelli's in both 12 and 20ga. The Benelli Super Black Eagle is the best. It is not gas operated as all the others are and is just a dream to shoot. The 1187 Super Mag will shoot the light loads with the barrel seal activator installed and is very nice to shoot as well. But nothing I mean nothing compares to the SBE. This is the shotgun by which all others are measured. I must say that the new M-1 super 90 in 20ga is the king of the 20's.
