    If you can take a some good photos of them at different angles, I'll see what I can do for you. Use a good 35mm camera, unless you have a super duper digital one. E-mail me for my address. That would be a (B) on the ser #. The 86 was made in 1890 and the 73 in 1886. These are some of the features that determine the values. Barrel length, magazine length, pistol or straight grip, checkered or not, grade of wood, type of buttplate, caseharden or blue,and wear of it, sights. Sounds like you have a winner in the 73 if it's all original, with no alterations, or refinishing. On the 86, the 40-82 isn't a very desirable caliber. The same goes for the 73, but the condition will ofset it most of the time.
