BABY HAMMERLESS

I have a baby hammerless, ejectur model (22long). Its nickle with pearl grips. The top strap says: PATENIED followed on the next line with a series of numbers I can't read, next line is BABY HAMMERLESS, next line is EJECTUR MODEL, next line is 1924 USA. Nickle is 90% on frame, 80% on cylinder. Grips are excellent. Did Sedgley or Kolb make this little revolver? Any idea as to its value? And last but not least, is it a C&R? I couldn't find it specifically at the ATF site but due to its age, I wasn't sure. Thank for the help!

Seems as tho your Baby Hammerles was made by Sedgley, the earlier models did not have the ejector, only a pin to pull and drop the cylinder out to reload, I just sold one a few months ago for 300.00 however it was about 85& and had the pearl handles. It also was the 22 short,

Kolb made these between 1897 and 1916, Sedgley mad them between 1916 and 1938

    Hope this helps

Thank you Classic. The ejectur model also open by pulling the pin and dropping the cylinder out. Did you sell it on GB? I'd like to see a pic to see if I know how to grade. If elsewhere please e-mail. Again Thanks for the reply.

The Model I had was made by KOLB, one of the first, Pearl grips, nickle plated, about 10% of the plating was gone, Also in a .22 short, had patent date of 1897 on it, mechanically perfect.
