How can you tell by the markings on the drums?

  Restricted mags are marked "For Export Only"
  Some of them have had the markings buffed off,though.

  Ok, so they are marked. Where? If it's not to much trouble. No worry patriot no buffed or markings as such here.How long have they been exporting these,I wonder?10-15-20years
