I was curious as to the manufacture date of my newly aquired Remington 870 Wingmaster. Serial # is: V62674XX

  Compare the date code to the chart in the back of the Blue Book.

  Remington puts a code on the left side of the barrel at the frame. What is the number and the 2or 3 letters?
