Was your shipment insured? If so claim it. Otherwise, I'd send them back, request you money back. If they don't comply the blacklist them for bad service.
I just wish I had a dollar for every gun I wanted, then I'd be a rich man.0 -
Lee is right on. Dont let it go. Hit them where it hurts, better
bussiness bureau or here. If they admit to bad packing, thats in
your favor.0 -
he did say that he ships several dozen guns a week and never had a complaint . funny i get two bad shipments in a row . i forgot to mention in the first post that the guns were nra new/exc. condition and bought on gunbroker auction .i have already picked them up at the ffl and had passed the nic's check , so i'm hesitant to return them and have to go through it all over again .i guess its best to warn other gunbroker users to be wary of alantic firearms . wrench . 0 -
I bought two guns from them last summer, both arrived in "new" condition. Haven't dealt with them since then.

I used to live about a mile from their shop in Silver Spring, MD.
Everytime I went in, they acted snooty and were rude. Don't care how cheap they sell em. I won't buy from them.
My gun is prettier than yours, and it's a Glock!0 -
niklasal , that is the impression i get from them also . they seem holyer then thou . all there correspondance seemed snooty .i will not buy from them anymore .any seller should of offered to replace guns that were scratched up . i'm wondering if they were scratched up during shipping or at there shop . i did get them under there average selling price . maybe they sent the bottom of the barrel for that reason . still new in box should not come in damaged in box ! new is not scratched up . wrench . 0
