In the past 2 yrs I have sold over 40 Hi-point 9s. I have had only one back for repair. They are great for a cheap fun plinker.

    Damn ugly though

My gun is prettier than yours, and it's a Glock!

my expierience with hi point is that they are cheap guns and don't like cheap ammo. they are heavy and ugly. but they are so damn cheap and if you put descent(if that's how you spell it) ammo in it, it will fire pretty good. they are built very basic with out alot of moving parts, but if you read my post asking how to remove the slide, you'll see the draw back there. you have to remove a pin from the frame to get the slide off, pain in the ass. but if you find one for real cheap, why not? you can always find one of your friends to sell it too lol. cody

Yup AMERISKIN said it best, cheap, but fun. Don't expect it to be a tac-driving defensive carbine for $160. But a fun plinking, target bustin little gun, heck ya.

I just wish I had a dollar for every gun I wanted, then I'd be a rich man.

Ugly gun and if you want to know what one looks like just get a dictionary, look up ugly, and there it is. It's the little illustration beside the word ugly.
