WW II Bayonet
I have a WW II Bayonet - blade is 18" - handles are a brown bakelite type material - there is "AFH" on the blade with "U S" with a flaming bomb between the U and S. There is a date of 1942 below that . Bayonet is in very good condition. Any idea what I have and an approximate value?? Thanks. You guys have been great!!!! Chief Ross

Chief: you have a WWII bayonet (model M1905) made by the American Fork and Hoe Company. In the condition you describe, it will bring between 150.00 and 300.00. If you measure the blade again, it should be 16 inches.
