I have a friend who has a 37 launcher and several leo rounds for it and he wants to sell it and he asked me if it was legal to sell or possess it(the ammo that is). he has tear gas, wood anti personel rounds, short and long range baricade busters, and bean bags.

  If i remember correctly he can only posses with a class 3 license. He might want to check the atf website for a definate answer.
