Need ID on AR type rifle

Can y'all help me with an ID on this. It is marked E. A. Co. - Kr. Spe. LA - Mod J-15 Ser# EA 4XXX.

Not familiar with the lower. Who has info, date of manufacture, current value?

  Incorrect
  That is an Essential Arms cast preban lower receiver.
  They are not as aesthetic as forged but they function well.

  Doc is correct. No Eagle Arms receivers are cast. Eagle Arms is now ArmaLite and is an Illinois company.
