7mm neck sizing

I am in the process of making 7mm tcu and 7-30 waters brass. I have used 223 and 30/30 brass to start. First loading went great. When I tried neck sizing the same brass again the necks were not sized small enough to hold the bullet. Any suggestions? Thanks.

  Check the diameter of the expander button of your neck sizing die and see if it is the right size.
