I have a small problem and need gunsmith type advice re steel pivot screws in the "alloy" trigger assembly. Can the alloy material be gently tapped to a little larger thread and the screws replaced with slightly larger to hold and operate the slide release and the magazine loader gate (?)   This is hard to answer without the part in front of me, but this is possible in theory, given sufficient metal to work with. Has yours worn out? A new part from the Numrich Gun Parts Corp. might be the answer.
