Douglas and Texas Armament Co fo rkit rifle...

Anyone have any info on these 2 companies: Douglas barrels and Texas Armament Co. for a bolt.
Saw a kit gun made with these components/manufacturers. Just wondering if the guy who put it together was a wacko or really on to something.

  New info:
  Actually the bolt maker is Texas Defense Co, not TAC. Still cant find any info on the net. Any commnets on their quality?
