12 gauge over and under LANDER

Like to get a estimate what this shotgun would be worth...it is a 2000 and the serial no. is 1303-06480-9912-76...it has silver etching, flower like design, trigger gaurd is even etched has Lander engraved on it also, never has been shot and also has the box with it...

also have a remington 700 model 270 and this too is also engraved it has a fancy stock, the serial no says win 36521839 this too is a 2000 never been shot and also has the box with it....and information would be alot of help....
