I have been looking at them here on the GB auction and i have seen them go in excelent condition anywhere from 500-800$ depends on weather it is pre-64 or not. Boy I would love to get my hands on an 88 or a 100 in 284. 0 -
IN MY NECK OF THE WOODS (mO.) I HAVE SEEN THESE GO FOR BEWEEN $400 TO $550.A FRIEND OF MINE COLLECTS THE WIN 88 AND 100.THE CARBINE SHOULD BRING $500 OR MORE EXCELLENT CONDITION

I collect, hunt , shoot these guns too..... a "excellent"
88 in .308 in south louisiana would bring apx 550-650...

All Winchester Carbines 88s or 100s are all Post 64 .They were not made until 1967.

I stand corrected but I have seen them on Gunbroker advertised as pre-64. I guess it is just a selling point. 0 -
