Reloading the .32 auto

Those are the right diameters for reloading, lead bullets are supposed to be bigger than the jacketed. Like in my .45acp I reload .452dia lead bullets but the jacketed are .451dia.

Also be careful, the load data is different for Lead than it is for Jacketed bullets. Make sure the recipe is for the exact type of bullet your using. For example DO NOT use the same recipe for a hollow point that you use for a FMJ.

Watch your fingers in loading these tiny cases. A little slip in coordination and it can be a blue nail for you.
I gave up on loading 25ACPs after only a few.

Hornady makes a 85gr.HP/XTP bullet in .312 for the 32's. I have had excellent results with this bullet in a Kel-Tec and my Walther Mod.4. I also use a commercial 78gr. lead RN that is .312 dia.- with good results. Both feed with no problems and give good accuracy at normal 32ACP ranges. I would not want to try to lube/size a RN bullet this small. If you are shooting a foreign gun, suggest you slug the barrel as some of them have different sizes.

Hey V35, I have that same problem, but with all my reloads. Doesn't matter what size, everytime I decide to spend a day loading, about the second round I get a blue fingernail... But after that initial one, I usually don't get anymore. Unless for some odd reason I decide to use a hammer.
