Direccion General De Fabricaciones Miltares (Fabrica Militar De Armas Portatiles). As for the refinished part of your question.... if it was well done it would really be hard to tell without seeing the piece. The original blue was not too different from U.S. made World War I Model 1911s. A heavy, medium gloss blue. I own two of these pistols and have owned two others, and all were in the 75-85% of original finish condition. If yours is in 100%, I'd be suspicious. Reblued guns will usually show various amounts of rounding of sharp edges and corners and faint or blurred lettering; but a really good job can be hard to detect. In any event, you have one of the very best pistols ever made.

Thanks for the replies. It's not %100, it's about %85. I took of the grips and found the JLD markings on it, so I gues it came from JLD. Most of the ones I have seen are parkerized, this one has a blue slide and slightly dull frame. Neat gun for the money; I paid less than what JLD has them for.

I have 4 of them and they are very well made, I used one as the base on which I built my .45 Target pistol, and found it worked out great!
