Italian Military Rifle?????
Very old Crudely made rifle stamped Italy. 18, AT, SG in a circle All of the above are stamped on the barrell where it is threaded into the receiver. Bottom of receiver is stamped 7 :. in receiver behind trigger mech. is stamped a star within a star. Trigger is stamped 6 over PA in a square. All in all it is the crudest built gun I have ever seen. 2 peice rear sight is screwed together. Serial # 1L4922. It has a CAL stamp Maybe 5.5 or 6.5 something Point 5. Trigger guard stamed RP. Magazine release inside of trigger guard, in front of trigger. Walnut stock with steel buttplate. Any info is greatly appreciated. No idea about it's past.

Might be the one that was supposed to have fired 3 shots in roughly 6 seconds with enough accuracy to have hit someone in Dallas on 11/22/63!!! I think not!! GHD 0 -
Looking in Cartridges of the World, maybe 6.5 x 52 Carcano. Picture of Model 91 looks pretty crude.KC 0
