Arsenal refinished vs clone??

I would really like to own a Browning HP or an FN equivalent but have also looked at the FEG PJK-9HP as a substitute. I do not want to pay out big $ for assembled in Portugal.Is there a source for "arsenal refinished" Browning's or FN's or those from South America made under license or do I just watch the auctions??Your knowledge and advice would be appreciated.remember: experience is the direct result of poor judgement
