fox model b-se-e 20 guage

can you tell what the b-se-e means stamped in the reciever on the right side of the gun?also the reciever is painted black or something like that. what year was it made? serial # A421xxx. is there anything i can do to relieve some of the creep and weight of pull on the trigger? it has a single trigger! thanks Rick
