Value Winchester 94# 870840 nickle steel

I believe made 1n 1920, barrel stamped nickle steel, I think the receiver is nickel steel also. Bore is very good condition, stock is rough has several nicks and scratches. Also has a Marlin rangefinder peep site which I have never seen before and can find nothing about. (see other entry Marlin Peep site)Thanks pabooger

  Rifle?, Carbine?, Caliber?, strength of blueing remaining?,amt of rust?, any special features?. Are there any numbers on the Lyman sight?
