What might this be worth?

A friend I work with is selling one of his guns, and asked if I knew what it was worth. He said it's a Savage over & under, .410-.22I told him I had no idea as to it's worth, but that I knew a place with many an educated person. From what I've seen of the gun, I'd say it's about a 95% or better.Any ideas?

  It's probably a Savage Model 24. They have been around for a while. The older ones have the barrel selector on the side, the other ones have a hammer selector. Also, the older ones break open by a lever on top of the frame, the other ones have the release on the front of the trigger guard. I've seen them sell for an average of $200 depending on condition.
