The Speer manual lists the bullet dia. at .223, (not .224 as most other modern calibers) 40-45gr spitzer or spire pt. flat base. Haven't been able to find any load data yet.

aspendog, you need a .222 dia. bullet for the 22 jet (hornady # 2210) not a .223 dia. it is a 40 grain bullet made only for a jet . I will try to find my load info , all I can remember is I use accurate brand powder . as soon as I can the load data I will post it for you jody

Load it DOWN---I use 10.0 grains of W296 with a 40 grain SIERRA
    .223 bullet(you can use .223 but NOT .224) use a MAGNUM primer
I got it CONO---it is about 1700 fps out of a 6" barrel NOT bad
and will keep you from BURNING out the THROAT!!! Dont use
FACTORY ammo it is TOO hot. I get NO hard extraction and it groups
about 1.5" @25 yds for 5 shots NOT outstanding but pretty
    respectable. Hope this helps!!! DW
