Was this model ever produced in winchester 33 cal?

I haven't seen a decent standard 'correct' Win m71 for less than $750 for at least 6 years, and I look for them at all shows. Shells are still available, although in the vastly inferior 200 grain weight.(It's vastly better in the 250gr) The cartridge was replaced by the .358 Win and over the years several more cartridges were created that makes the .348 obsolete, but the m71 is still one of the finest levers ever made. They are great on blackies and whitetails, but I'd go for something newer for elk, moose, and browns. 0 -
HI, UP HERE IN CANADA THE 71 IS A PRIZED POSSESION ,USED FOR MOOSE AND BLACK BEARS, IT WILL KNOCK DOWN ANYTHING YOU CAN SEE AT 200 YARDS AND LESS. AT300 YARDS THE 300 WIN MAG TAKES OVER AND IF THAT DONT KILL IT YOU SHOULD'NT BE IN THE BUSH! have a great day!, bryan. 0
