Desert Eagle 440 cor-bon

Why did mag research stop making the 440 cor-bon?I'm thinking of buying one but am unsure if I should get the 50AE instead.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

  Well just make sure you really want one. They are a big novelty i think. I bought one and than sold it almost right away. I did not hear anything about them discontuning the con bon model. I need to get out more i guess

  i was going to buy a 440 and did not for the same reason. i bought the 50 with a 10" barrel for hunting and just love it ammo is cheaper and more available also hope this helps
