GREEN LABEL DESIGNATION
ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO I PURCHASED A COLT DELTA H-BAR AR-15 AT A GUN SHOW. THE RIFLE WAS DESIGNATED AS GREEN LABEL. WHAT EXACTLY DOES THIS MEAN? IS THERE ANY INDICATION OF THIS STATUS FROM THE SERIAL # OF THE GUN?

Can be modified with ANY AR-15 upper due to it's date of manufacture. Most desireable. 0 -
There is a list of the serial #s on the AR15.com and the biggerhammer sites.Post the # here and X out the last 2 digits.Include the prefix.cpermd 0 -
I believe that " green label" items are from the Colt Custom Shop 0 -
Nope,nothing to do with the Custom Shop.cpermd 0 -
I think the label term actually means the label on the box, the older colt Ar's, prebans I think had green labels, and new ones have blue labels.

And once again, there are no hard and fast rules at Colt.I have a blue label with both evil features and a sear block.Odd combo.cpermd 0 -
I'll be sure to pass along your experiences to the authors so they can change their publication.both evil features being? pistol grip/suppressorsuppressor/bayo lugsuppressor/collapsible stockAs I understand it, the blue label can have evrything but the unblocked sear. Green has unblocked and everything else. 0 -
My blue label has the FH and BL.Most Blues don't have the lug.I added the telestock.cpermd 0
