S&W CS-9
Just bought this gun used a couple months ago. Shoots low and to the left with any brand of ammo I have put through it. I can clean it, and it will shoot 1, maybe 2, rounds on target at 15 yards, but the rest always fly about 2 inches low and 3 inches to the left of the bullseye. Non-adjustable sights. Any tricks or things I can try outside of compensating by holding up and right?

Your rear sight can be drifted to bring your group to center mass. If you are grouping to the right, you can drift your rear sight to the left. It only requires a slight adjustment to move the group over. If you are not familiar with it, a gunsmith can drift the sight for you. As for elevation, I would just adjust my sight picture and hold a little higher to place my shots center of mass. 0 -
I would also think that if your first one or two shots are going center of mass, that you may be pushing the trigger slightly on subsequent shots. If you are a right hand shooter, you will push the gun slightly to the left as you squeeze the trigger. Concentrate on pulling the trigger straight back and see where your shots go. 0
