Rem. mdl. 7 custom shop---accuracy?

In the near future i plan to buy a Rem. mdl. 7 in .223 What kind of accuracy can i expect from a custom shop mdl. vs. a regular production mdl?Would there be enough difference to justify the extra cost?If anyone owns a custom shop mdl. 7, i would like to hear your opinions.Thanks.
