A friend of a friend

A friend ask if I had any info on a pen gun manufactured by "Hercules Gas-Munitions Corp." According to my friend it is a model 35 and the calibre is 38 Special Gas cartridge. Aside from the legal questions does anyone have any info that I could pass on.
