I agree totally with Saxonpig. I have a gun for sale right now that I would say is 99.9% (ok, 100%), and I only advetised it as 95%. Always better to stay on the conservative side. Any gun that is as old as the ones you stated are going to be at least 90% or lower (unless they were never used?!)If these are truely rare guns, then most collectors will be happy to get one in any condition! A friend of mine just got a grandpa Nambu pistol. It is in fair shape, about 40-50% blue, and grips are fair, and bore is good only. But how many grandpa nambus have you ever seen?! (much less in good condition!?)Matt

take good quality photos- describe as honestly as you can and let the auction take care of the rest. I've been pleasantly surprised on some items and something less than that on others. nobody is a total expert on everything- tho they may think they are.

Several good pictures from different angles are worth a thousand words.

Gun buyer/sellers are no different from anyone else. If your selling it's MINT if your buying It's junk. Condition is also a relative term. Put a dozen knowledgeable buyers in a room with a gun and you'll probably get a 1/2 dozen different answers. Show pictures, describe the best you can (be honest)and after that "let the buyer beware".
