I am about to buy a Mitchel Arms CitationII 22 auto 5in bull bbl.Is this a good quality reliable shooter? Thanks for any comments..Jeff

  It's a clone of the "High Standard" semi-autos. They were okay guns, but "Mitchell" was sued by "Hi-Std" to stop producing them.
