Remington Model 6 Question

I have a chance to buy a 270 caliber Remington model 6 in good shape but I don't know a thing about one and can't find anything on it. Can anyone tell me when it was made and what its worth? Thanks!

  These were made from 1981-1987 . Retail new was $ 439.00. Gun in 90 % $265.00. 80% $235.00. Hope this helps.
