Colt WW2 book
Back in 1992 I purchased a book at a local gun store called "Colt's Commemorative Edition of The American Heritage Picture History of World War II." I was told that the book went with a commemorative Colt gun but don't know which one. Inside the cover is a letter signed by Gordon Walker,President of Colt at the time, talking about the 25th anniversary year of Allied victory so I am guessing the book was printed about 1970. Does anybody know what gun this book went with and what it is worth today?

That probably would have been either of the W.W.II European or Pacific Theater Commeratives. 0 -
I agree with DG. The book is worth a lot to the owner of the commerative that is missing its book. Otherwise, I would guess $20 - $30. 0
